Cancellation Policy

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Shipping Policy

Customer is hereby requested to provide accurate information on shipping address as indicated by the registration form by Proudly India. We have tie ups with reputed logistics companies to fulfil orders outside India and your orders will be delivered right to your doorstep. As soon as the product is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from us regarding your package tracking information
On an average, it takes us about 1 to 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses. However, some products that are mentioned as made-to-order will take a longer timeline to craft and the timeline would be mentioned in the product page.
Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. In case a non-delivery takes place owing to the customer's mistake any additional charge incurred by Proudly India for the product's re-delivery will have to be borne by the customer.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
